Terms and Conditions of Business

Our normal fee is 15% (but this is negotiable) of the agreed annual emoluments for the position and is payable when a candidate introduced by us commences employment with you the client.

We undertake to treat as strictly confidential all information concerning your organization, which is not a matter of public knowledge except information which, with your agreement, is disclosed to candidates in the execution of the assignment.

Candidates submitted by us are those who, in our opinion, will be suitable for appointment and conform to the agreed specification. Recommendations are made in good faith and on the basis of information available at the time.

Strict confidentiality must be observed regarding candidates and their employers. We give a firm assurance to all candidates that references will not be taken up, nor present employers contacted, without their express permission. Warranties cannot be given and we accept no responsibility for third party references. Furthermore we are not responsible for any losses of a consequential nature. We will, at your request, carry out credit and criminal checks, ID and qualifications authenticity.

Fees are payable on presentation of invoices. In the event that the appointed candidate leaves your employment within  three months other than due to a change in terms of employment or in an agreed role definition we undertake to seek further candidates free of charge. No fees are payable back to the client and should a suitable replacement candidate not be found, the position will not be filled by us and the matter will be settled.
