Our screening process begins when we first make contact with a candidate, however the thorough evaluation process takes place as a “one on” interview.  We use targeted selection and MBI (Model Based Interview) selection techniques.  MBI enables us to prepare a series of questions designed to ascertain whether a candidate is suitably competent to perform various tasks.  Coupled with targeted selection questions, we are able to better determine a candidates future promotability and reaction to situations in the workplace.
